UMOSAN Clubs

This will oversee the running and formulating policies and activities that are geared at bettering members health and social wellbeing. They are mandated to come up with activities geared to helping members health wellbeing i.e annual medical checkups for members, participating and donations in health geared activities like cancer run etcs. They can also look at getting our umosan class club home or house with all the necessary health amenities i.e. swimming pool, bar, restaurant, steam and saunas, tennis courts, volleyball , indoor games club lounge having games like ludo, darts, (sports house) etc.

Its membership will constitute all membership of the other clubs and the major steering committee for the organisation of our major annual delegates conference in the form of the annual reunion.

This will be the financial arm of the class and will look at member financials informs of savings and investments We believe as a class we already embarked on this journey and we have already a registered investment club TCIF , so all we need is to have this operationalized and we all rally behind to see its up and functional

This will overlook the day to day wellbeing of members and the focus will be put on helping or coming up with activities and budgets or policies that are geared at helping betting individual state and well being of our members as well as soliciting for both finances and physical availability from members whenever we have members having calls, invites or organised activities or faced with uncertainties or emergencies like death, hospitalized , weddings and any other related CSR to our members.

This will be tasked in developing and maintaining an updated digital and any other related communication channels and communication policies. We intend to have digital channels like social media platforms i.e whatsapp, x, histagram, youtube, facebook etc, websites, mobile apps.

The club will manage all our official communication channels that they would have agreed on as our known platforms. This club will be as well tasked in formulating policies and helping the UMOSAN CLASS 2005 to always move with the advanced technological trends. And they will overlook the development of all technological solutions the class may need i.e financial solutions etc. Will always update annual events for the class as per calendar dates

This will manage and oversee all activities related to events in form of social sports activities as well manage the day to day running of our class soccer club known as kisenge diiro and any related sports activities.it it may further look at the concept of class having to invest in sports facilities in the center such as mini soccer pitches, and any other related sports ideas

This will be our knowledge and formulating club that will be invested in sourcing ideas, sourcing funds and sponsorships, and donations. Suggesting investment ventures different clubs can undertake, it will do the audit function of overseeing the activities of the other clubs as to whether they are moving as to member satisfaction. Under taking feasibility studies, benchmarking and report findings to members.

This will be tasked in marketing its members and activities in different spheres of life and professionals. They can source and advise members in class of 2005 about upcoming vacancies, government projects and tenders and any other personal related business people may do.

It can be inform of consultancies , sell of general merchandise by members, sale of properties, updating of members' career proficiencies and any other special abilities such members may possess.e.g they can update on daily basis the various member abilities inform of reels like on our social media platforms as well as website say MCs for functions, entertainers, real housing experts, life coaches, real estate gurus, civil servants in various government departments and members can always easily know who to contact at all times within the group.
